Please read this policy carefully to understand your options and rights regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact.
You must provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable and Exempt Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
Personal care, hygiene, or intimate items (such as cosmetics, swimwear, or earrings).
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products.
Digital downloads, software licenses, or gift cards.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
4. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Submit a Request: Visit our support page and submit a return request with your order number and the reason for the return.
Approval & Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely. Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item received), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or if the incorrect item was shipped. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please open an exchange request on our support page.
